Arterion AB is a privately held company owned by its founders and private investors in conjunction with Encubator Holding AB.

Throughout 2006 and 2007 soft money and governmental grants have secured the development of Arterion AB to a company suitable for further investments.

Arterion is planning to raise additional capital for the pre clinical trials early 2010.
