Arterion AB is a privately held company owned by its founders and Encubator Holding AB.

During 2006 and 2007 soft money and governmental grants has secured the development of Arterion AB to a company suitable for further investments.

Arterion is planning to raise additional capital for the pre clinical trials early 2010.
